(American Rescue Plan Act, State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds)

SLFRF Overview

SLFRF presents training and other key information to help its subrecipients (organizations receiving ARPA SLFRF grant funding from Travis County via subawards), who must comply with federal regulation governing the funding, i.e., The US Department of Treasury’s Final Rule and the Uniform Guidance. Links to key federal guidance can be found on this page.

Training Resources

The training course below was developed specifically with subrecipients in mind. It provides an overview of SLFRF grant regulations (the Final Rule and the Uniform Guidance – 2 CFR 200), highlights specific Uniform Guidance requirements that Travis County and its subrecipients must follow, and also provides a review of invoice and documentation requirements – necessary to file and receive payment from Travis County for SLFRF-related programs. Click the link to activate the course content. While the training content provides useful information, the course is not a substitute for reading, comprehending, and complying with the Final Rule (including FAQs) and the Uniform Guidance. It is also not a substitute for consultation with professional advisors (as necessary) to ensure your compliance.
